West University Outdoor Living Space

In the Houston neighborhood of West University, we built an inviting patio cover with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The entire space boasts a pristine white paint finish, lending it an air of elegance and timelessness.

Patio Cover

A spacious patio cover extends from the back of the house, providing shelter and shade. Finished with the same white painted brick as the original house, you can’t even tell that it is an addition.

The columns, fireplace, and outdoor kitchen were all finished with the same painted white brick as the original house. The structure was constructed with top-of-the-line sturdy materials to ensure longevity of the space for years to come.

The covered outdoor living space provides ample room for preparing food, dining, and relaxing by the fireplace.

In this outdoor living space, the harmonious blend of white accents, modern conveniences, and natural elements comes together to create a tranquil retreat. Whether you’re enjoying a meal with loved ones, sipping a glass of wine by the fireplace, or simply basking in the serenity of the outdoors, this space offers a luxurious and inviting escape.

The tile flooring is Pennsylvania True Blue Thermal. It creates a clean and visually appealing surface that complements the white color scheme

Outdoor Kitchen

Toward the back end of the patio cover resides a sleek and simple outdoor kitchen. There’s a prep area with ample counter space and a Blaze Prelude LBM 32-Inch 4-Burner Grill installed for outdoor cooking. The countertop is Perla Venata Quartzite.

Outdoor Fireplace

At the centerpiece of the outdoor living space, there’s a cozy gas fireplace enclosed in a white-painted brick hearth. The fireplace serves as a focal point and a gathering spot for cool evenings.

Patio Cover Ceiling

The striking ceiling was built with a combination of Smoky Bourbon tongue and groove paneling and Faux Natural Pine Beams with a Riverwood finish.
