Sugarland Patio Cover with Outdoor Kitchen
This Spanish style patio cover was built in Sugarland and features an outdoor kitchen with brick flooring.

Patio Cover
Originally, a small patio cover was in place, the edge even with the back of the house. Tradition extended the roof out 14 feet.

The patio features both a covered and uncovered section, the best of both worlds.

Plenty of lounge space for friends and family is found just outside the back door.

Recessed lighting was built into the ceiling to keep the area lit at night. Two fans were also installed to keep the breeze flowing on hot Texas summer days.

The structure was built to match the style of the original house. The support pillars feature a stucco finish and the roof is made with Spanish tile.

Outdoor Kitchen
A practical outdoor kitchen was built under the patio cover. The kitchen has a brick finish and dark granite countertops.

The Kitchen features a gas grill, gas burner, trash drawer, and extra drawers for storage.

A custom pergola frame was built to close out the end of the patio and hang lights over the open patio section.
