Spring Patio Cover Addition
The goal for this couple in Spring was to create a better backyard environment to spend time with their grandchildren. The patio cover we built allows them to hang out outside with the kids while staying cool in the shade during the summer.
Covered Patio
Tradition outdoor living extended the roofline out 8 feet from the back of the house. The extension provides protection for the patio from the sun and rain.
A stone finish was installed on the columns to bring a rustic vibe to the backyard.
Travertine tile was installed on the floor and white hardy finishes the ceiling.
A unique feature of this build is the extended fire pit area. The customers wanted something that looked classy and provided a great gathering place for friends and family. It serves as the centerpiece for the outdoor living space.
A custom stone bench was installed to at the apex of the firepit area. The stone finish matches that of the columns supporting the patio cover.
