It is important that you are available at the project’s start and completion, for review, and to receive maintenance instructions. Your project developer advise you if additional time is needed.

While a pergola can be installed anywhere, common areas include: over a pathway or outdoor dining area, poolside, or beside an outdoor fireplace.
What materials do you use, and how does that affect maintenance?
Structural integrity, durability, and longevity drive our material selection. Traditional pergolas are made out of wood and need recurring maintenance. Vinyl, aluminum, and alumawood pergolas are easier to maintain, but are less authentic and not as attractive.
