Job Description

We are seeking a Project Developer with good communication and project management skills for a challenging and rewarding career in the outdoor living industry. Our ideal candidate is willing to cover an area in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex to Design, Propose, Sell, and Manage residential construction projects.  Project Management duties include ensuring high level of quality, material take-off and sourcing, scheduling material deliveries and labor, and adhering to budgets.   

Daily Job Duties:

  • Meeting with customers to gather information for their project.
  • Design and propose project to customer.
  • Establish and maintain a project budget.
  • Schedule and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Clearly communicate the work to be completed by subcontractors.
  • Review and update progress and cost reports, schedules, and requirements for completion on a regular basis to Operations Manager.  
  • Positive attitude and punctuality are a MUST

  • Driver’s License and US work authorization Required
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent major preferred
  • Ability to Learn CAD program to create drawings and specifications.


  • Residential Construction Experience Required

  • Ability to create drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to understand design and create material take-offs.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions.

  • Broad understanding of residential construction, plumbing, electrical, and masonry products.
  • Basic math/accounting skills related to project management.
  • General Project Management skills Preferred.
  • General Sales Experience Preferred.
  • Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, Project);
