The pergola's ceiling is both functional and artistically pleasing, with the goal of increasing comfort throughout the seasons. A protective cover enables natural light to pass through while sheltering from rain and the sun. Furthermore, two sophisticated black fans were placed to provide both illumination and cooling, ensuring that the room stays suitable for meetings even on hot days. This wonderfully designed pergola in Dallas exemplifies how utility and elegance can coexist.

Privacy Wall

A privacy wall made of 'American Nut' tongue and groove wood adds a touch of elegance while ensuring seclusion. The brushed concrete paver flooring ties the space together with a sleek and durable finish.

To revive the space, the flooring was replaced to poured brushed concrete, which provides a smooth and robust basis.
