The covered patio structure was built using Hardie board beams and a Hardie ceiling, providing long-term durability and low maintenance in the Texas climate. The ceiling and beams were finished in a custom paint color matched to the home’s existing dark brown exterior, creating a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living.

The patio cover is supported by stone-wrapped posts finished with Gold Blend masonry, adding a natural, upscale look that complements the home’s architecture and surrounding landscape.

The layout allows for efficient cooking, prep space, and entertaining, making it ideal for hosting family and friends year-round.

Outdoor Kitchen

This custom outdoor kitchen was designed as the centerpiece of the backyard and built with:

  • Stone base cabinetry

  • Kashmire Cream 3CM granite countertops

  • RCS outdoor kitchen appliances

  • A 32-inch gas grill

  • A 32-inch farmhouse sink

  • A customer-supplied pizza oven, fully integrated into the design

The layout allows for efficient cooking, prep space, and entertaining, making it ideal for hosting family and friends year-round.

 

To extend the usability of the space into cooler evenings, a custom stone outdoor fireplace was installed. The fireplace features a 42-inch Courtyard gas insert with a herringbone interior finish, offering warmth, ambiance, and easy operation without the maintenance of a wood-burning fireplace.
