Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Support Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will work alongside our project developers to play a crucial role in ensuring the completion of high-quality residential construction projects in the Greater West Houston area. Your primary responsibility will be to help complete a variety of general construction tasks. Your keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in ensuring that all identified punch list items are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Daily Job Duties:

• Collaborate with Project Developers for general carpentry, installation, handyman, and finishing work as needed.
• Acquisition and transportation of construction material, equipment, and appliances as needed.
• Polycarbonate installation : Requires ladder work.
• General shop upkeep and organization

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with project developers, sub-contractors, and customers as needed

Experience and Knowledge Requirements

• General touchup, paint, trim & repair work required. 
• Physical fitness to work outside & ability to lift heavy objects as needed +/- 50 lbs
• Valid TX Drivers license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
