This project started with a custom patio cover that extends beautifully from the back of the home. The ceiling features a warm Texas Honey Brown tongue and groove finish, paired with elegant custom lighting installed on the posts. The patio cover also doubles as a custom balcony, providing a unique upper-level outdoor area that perfectly complements the home’s architecture. Beneath it, the travertine flooring creates a timeless look and smooth transition to the pool area.

Outdoor Kitchen
The outdoor kitchen was designed with both form and function in mind. Complete with a black granite countertop, RCS grill, burner, storage, mini fridge, and sink, it offers everything needed for outdoor entertaining. The stucco posts were custom-colored to match the home, tying the entire outdoor space together in a cohesive, modern style.
Inside the home, Tradition Outdoor Living also expanded the functionality and design by building a custom kitchen island with abundant storage and workspace.
Upstairs, we constructed custom cabinets and a counter area for the entertainment room, making it both practical and stylish.
