The subcontractors he used were professional, fast, and delivered beautiful, high-quality work. We received quotes from several contractors to rebuild our back patio, but we were immediately impressed with Traditions, especially Blake. At our initial meeting, Blake remembered every detail we wanted and clearly did his homework. When we weren’t sure what was under our existing pavers, he didn’t guess, he pulled out a pocket knife, lifted one up, and confirmed it was sand. Every other contractor assumed concrete. Blake was the only one who took the time to actually find out. We also appreciated that the person we met with from the start stayed involved as our construction manager throughout the entire project. That level of consistency made a big difference and eliminated the usual handoffs you get with other companies. Blake approached the project like he was building it for his own home. The attention to detail, communication, and execution from him and his team were outstanding. Saying we were impressed with Blake, the subcontractors, and the overall process is an understatement. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with our patio extension project from start to finish. Our project manager, Blake, was incredible to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and he made everything feel seamless and stress-free. He was always responsive, organized, and trustworthy, which made us feel confident every step of the way. The subcontractors were just as impressive. Every crew that came out was professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. They worked hard each day and always made sure to clean up the area before leaving, which we truly appreciated. What could have easily been a stressful home project turned into such a smooth and positive experience. We are so grateful for the care, professionalism, and attention to detail from everyone involved. Tradition Outdoor Living is the best by far! We interviewed several other companies to discuss our project vision, which included an existing patio update (outdoor kitchen, countertop bar, patio concrete resurfacing, an additional covered patio, a fire-pit, and a putting green. Tradition was definitely our first choice. In particular, Jason Turner, who led the project, demonstrated superb expertise and talent in providing an excellent, innovative design. He truly was so easy to work with, listening well to our concerns regarding our budget and HOA restrictions and incorporating keen problem solving tactics to create wise solutions.
